The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side
Download, unzip and double-click on the EXE to install.
What it means
Windows couldn’t find the correct version of a shared library (DLL) the application needs, so it refuses to start. We recommend to install Windows updates
How to fix it (most common solutions)
1. Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables
This fixes the problem in most cases.
Download and install both of these (even on 64-bit Windows):
Visual C++ 2015–2022 x64
Visual C++ 2015–2022 x86
