WinPCSIGN only allows ONE cutter to be active at a time, but you can install both cutters.
Switch between them manually when you want to use the other one. You can also Run the software twice.

If the cutter offers the option ethernnet (network driver), you need to install the printer driver, provided by plotter manufacturer and select Windows Port from Plotter Code.
