We recently purchased a Bridge Cutter C-24 plotter with WinPCSIGN PRO software to run it. I understand that Bridge Cutter combined with other companies so the plotter set up is different. i currently have it set up as a Pro Cut CR 630 & got it to cut once. Now it won't cut. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong. Is there something in the set up that i don't have right.

| Check the baud rate from the cutter and from the software suppose to be the same |
