| I'm halfway through a cut (roughly 5 minutes in) and the cutter stops with the red and green led's flashing really fast. I have to reset the plotter and reboot winpcsign pro. Why? Its happened 5 times now. I thought it might be the screensaver kicking in on my PC with XP so I switched that off and no change. Any ideas? I installed the new winpcsign pro update this morning, but this is the biggest file I have cut, nothing fancy just lots of text created in winpcsign, nothing imported. |

| Can be the main or button card of the cutter. How long do you have this cutter? |

| Its the online/offline button. The cutter is about 6 weeks old. |
