Normally vector file is the result of a vectorized image. You can also import vector files like an AI, EPS, DXF etc. You can also apply rhinestone (strass) over the picture to create cutting or printing patterns:

Very important, before starting to cut, check if your 60-degree blade cross rhinestones material:

Normally recommend selecting a small SS value for a bigger stone. For example 9SS for a 10SS stone. We also recommend for a better cutting result, sticking the rhinestone material on a cutting mat:
