<  WinPCSIGN, error messages and solution  ~  WinPCSIGN hangs up

When I attempt to cut with my Redsail 800c, winpcsign hangs up and does nothing. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

Check to know wich port you use and set it in the winpcsign. Close and open your machine every time you try a test.
