When I make an image in WinPCSign at 1 inch then cutter will cut the image at 2.5 inches. It happened all of a sudden. How can I make it go back?

It seems you have altered the calibration figures by mistake.

Go to 'setting' , 'plotter codes',

Select the plotter you are using then click 'commands' , 'other commands'

Alter the Axe Resolution (both) to the original, which is 40.

Regards

Colin.

When I went to the other commands, it was blank. So I put in 40 but still it cuts 2.5x bigger than I tell it too. Even in the cutter pane it tells me the size of my object and it's correct. The cutter isn't doing what it's told. When I press the mode button, the x scale is at 65500 and so is the y. I think that's the problem but is there a faster way to get back down? It takes so long to hold the button down.

Use 100 or 10
Try with a rectangle 1 x 1 and use the right scale
