Hi,
I have a redsail 1360 that I purchased from Signmax. Is there away to use this machine with a PC that DOES NOT have a serial port? Do you sell a USB to Serial Adapter?

Hi,
You can buy an USB-SERIAL Adaptor. This device will create a new COM Port on your computer. (Very important, you muts install this adaptor with a CD-Rom ) We recommend Belkin or Dynex. You can also buy it from our web site www.signmax.us
After installed, select from Plotter Code the right Com Port (1,2,3 etc)
