The site shows no updates. Mine is only about 6 months old. Pro, 14.0E version. Next suggestion?

When I try to start cutting, I get "USB Error", but nothing even in Help about it or how to fix it. |

Well, I finally got Superweed to work, more or less...It works horizontal, not vertical. Pierre has never responded, past the request to get the file I working on, yet I sent it. |
