Sounds like the drivers are not installed correctly... or ports are not set up correctly...
How are you connecting your plotter to the computer, are you using USB, Serial, or parellel interface...

save in adobe in AI format, but use the lower version comparison. I use 4.0 and have no problems importing to winpcsign... the higher versions for saving the file as like 10.0 doesnt work |

goto www.divshare.com upload your flexi files, (you may have to zip them) then post the link here, someone can convert them to wpc format or another. Then we will do the same |

For runtime errors, clear the registry keys...
ON XP, click start>programs>WinPCSign>tools>winpcsign registry.
It will find the version installed, click delete.
Restart the comput ... |
