I have Winpcsign Pro version 2007. I was told it was from speed, static or usb/serial adapter but I'm thinking Chuck is onto something. I just don't understand everything that's said. |

I have no problem with the ground wire, just that it says in the installation instructions that it should be grounded to save static electricity or something. |
