i have sort of the same problem, while cutting it suddenly freeses up and does not respond,have to re-start the program and start all over!! waste of vinyl,it dosen`t do it all the time but randomly!! ... |

as soon as i now click on my software icon on my desktop this error shows up,i`ve rebooted my computer,re-installed win pc pro and it still has the same error code,what is goin on????????????? |

i downloaded your new demo software for the quick vectorisation but the video shows it points to the top left to get to the vectorisation screen whell i can`t find the vectorisation screen??? also on ... |
