| I installed the software and Windows said there was a problem with the dongle, and when I start the program it says to insert the security key and restart the program. I can't get it to run. |

Go to Windows Start -> All program ->WinPCSIGN ->Tools, and select Parallel or USB key
This reinstall the dongle .

| Mine won't work unless I use the USB I started it with. If I ever try to use a different USB port, WinPCSign doesn't see it. Why? |

It was Basic, I upgraded to Pro today, with no difference.
The USB port I want to use, works fine with other devices, so it leads me to believe it is WinPC Sign related. |
