Hi Again.
I recently switched blades to a 60 degree blade and had endless trouble getting a good cut. I finally settled on Curve resolution = 6, Offset = 35
For a 30 degree blade Curve= 6, offset=15.
I forget, are you using WinPC 12?
I've been finding that the fonts in the "cutting" list dont cut as well as fonts in the TrueType list.
But, sad to say, I'm about to upgrade to a new machine. It's Probably going to be a Graphtec CE5000. I'm trying to run a business here and these annoyances, delays, ruined material are counter-productive.
I've made good use of the CT630 for the last 3 years or so, but it is time to move on. So my CT630 is for sale, with extra blades. Any offers? ( I'm in BC, Canada)
BTW, a company called Clean Cut Blades . com is the place to go for replacement blades.
