| when I click on cut/Plot and the cutting control panel appears I press start and wait a couple of minutes. when I check the status I get an error Not Responding and then I have to close the entire program down and restart and it still does not cut. |

Is this winpcsign pro 07? This is what i have. I had the same problem.
I called them and about ten min. later it works. Not sure why, but it did. |

| i get the same problem but mine seems to happen when cutting 2 colours when i go to cut the second one it is no longer responding |

i have sort of the same problem, while cutting it suddenly freeses up and does not respond,have to re-start the program and start all over!! waste of vinyl,it dosen`t do it all the time but randomly!!

You have a communication problem
Make sur you set the right com port.
To see your com port goto Control pannel System Hardware and look the com port available. |

| If you use USB to serial converter make sur to use Belking or Signmax cable . if you use cheap cable the cutter will stop or create bad output |
