Hi guys.
Run Winpcsign successfully from windows 2000, and XP for a couple of years, so I believe I know what I'm doing. But....
Installed WinPCSIGN on Vista, managed to get it installed and running successfully, buit when I attempt to cut, WinPCSign crashes
I've tried using the C++ redist. libraries as well, but the same problem occurs.
Running (uhh that should be WIndows VISTA SP1), WinPCSign Pro 2007 , Roland GX-24 Cutter
Any ideas?

So, are there any enhancements to this product over the Pro 2007 version I currently have, or does this just make the product Vista compatible?
Also, is there a newer verion on the way? I'd hate to pay for this Vista upgrade (which I admit I'm unhappy about) for no added features, and then find a new version available in 6 months which I then have to pay for as well. |

I am having the same problem with the software crashing. I bought the software and it said Vista compatible. At first the dongle didn't work and that was fixed with a download, and now it won't plot. Is there some update I can download to fix the problem?? The rest of the software works. I am not happy with this, as it hasn't properly worked since I bought it. |

Dear Schultzracing 5,
You know that if your software does not plot is because the software does not find the communication PORT on your computer.
I recommend you to watch this movie:
