You need to change the Step Size of your cutter.
Setting the STEP SIZE
The STEP SIZE function can only be specified when the COMMAND setting is GP-
GL. It specifies the minimum unit of distance travelled by the pen in step units. The
STEP SIZE parameter can be set to 0.100, 0.050, 0.025, or 0.010 mm. Be sure to
set the STEP SIZE parameter to the same setting at both your software application
and at the plotter.
SETTING PROCEDURE:
1Use either the INITIAL MENU or the MENU mode setting procedure described
in Section 10.3 to display the following menu.

2 Press the F2 key (STEP SIZE). The following menu appears.
STEP SIZE 0.100 *

0.010
3 The asterisk “*“ indicates the currently selected setting. Press the Fl to F4 key
corresponding to the resolution you wish to set to move the asterisk to that
setting, and then press the ENTER key. If you do not wish to change the
setting, press the NEXT key to move to the following menu.

4 Press the MENU key to return the plotter to Ready status. |
