| The box comes up to add the update , and I cannot get it to load, Thank-you for your assistance. I have the 2009 limited professional edition. |

You need to downalod the uddate to your computer (deskotp) then unzip and install
If the installation software propose you Repair, Modify, Remove, select REMOVE and run the update again |
