Hi, I have a Graphtec plotter and my problem is: Something is sized within the artboard, for example, 2”x2” and it seems to be reading it as feet or something and cutting things way too big. Do you have a suggestion at all? Thank you.

This problem is related to the plotter scale Setting the Step Size). You need to change it in the cutter. If the machine is working in mm, you must change the value to 0.025. But if you are working in inches change to 1016.
The resolution of the plotter must be set. In this case, it will probably be best to set the resolution (also called Step Size) to .025mm or 1016 points per inch.
The default value XY resolution on the WinPCSIGN is 40.0
You can also change this value in the software. From WinPCSIGN, select Setting, Plotter code/Commands and enter the value 90.00 or other in the X&Y axis:

CAUTION: Graphtec in WinPCSIGN, must be set to GPGL. Check your manual for instructions on how to switch between HPGL to GPGL,
Here is a video

If this bothers you, select any Roland driver from WinPCSIGN/Setting/Plotter code
