| Hi, I run windows XP 32 bits and cannot open WinPCSIGN PRO 2014, when I try to open Winpcsign from the Icon, I cannot do it, no error message appears . Please HELP ME! |

Some DLLs needed by WinPCSIGN Pro 2014 are not present on your Windows.
