This software did work last month with no problems.

The 12345678.jpg file the first dialogue refers to is not seen in the listed directory, so it's probably a hidden file.

How can I get my software working again?

Response:
From WinPCSIGN Icon select Run as an administrator using the right mouse click.
Check the permission of this file from your antivirus software
