<  WinPCSIGN, error messages and solution  ~  USB Error

When I try to start cutting, I get "USB Error", but nothing even in Help about it or how to fix it.

You cutter does not usb connection. If your are usign a USB-SERAIL cable you need to select COM port and NOT usb.
