Hi, I just bought the WinPCSIGN Pro14, have installed it & put in the driver for the USB key & when I go to the Cut Control Panel the program tells me that I have toselect the driver .
So I have a couple of questions...
My cutter is not in the plotter/cutter list even though I bought the cutter & the program together. It's Redsail RS-800 which works fine but I dont know what to choose so it will work right when I get my program to work. So, what should I do? |

You need to make some initialisation on your Rockey 2 key.
Just call signMax to reset your key |
