Redsail 12 when cutting it cuts a diaginal line through the work.
How to fix this. Need to make it cut correctly.
Have checked all settings and there are correct.
???????

You have a communication problem !!!
You need to buy a good usb-serial adaptor. Belkin or buy one from signmax.us |

I have been using the usb convreter-worked fine until the other day.
Serial port works fine....but not the usb.
I need to use this with usb.
