I have connected my cutter to my PC via a serial port usb converter. I have followed the set up my cutter tutorial to the letter however after I select my cutter in add plotters, I move on to the next step designate the port. I choose usb the only item available is my printer not my cutter.
I'm using WIN PC Sign basic with XP.

Hi, if you are using USB-SERIAL cable you need to select a COM port and NOT usb from Plotter Code.
