Has anyone experienced a problem when cutting on 24" material and the cut is not complete? using 24" media and have setting on 24.00" in settings and it only cuts about 16" of a 21" piece?
Had this happen before and just shut it down and restarted it but this time that did not work. I hate to complain but seems there is always a glitch somewhere not sure if it is software or cutter.

I figured it out. I had too much on the page and I guess it was causing the problem. Working fine and dandy now. Thanks, Ivan
