| Everytime I press the start in the cutting control panel I get the hour glass, so then I click on stop cutting and I get a message saying" NOT RESPONDING" OR I get a message saying "CANT INTIALIZE THE CUTTING DEVICE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIGURATION ...I have watched some of the videos OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER and been trying to make something from this program for about 2 weeks and have spent HOURS on here...I have a Raven CT24...I am trying to get a home based business started ASAP ..Any help is most appreciated, thanks |

"CANT INTIALIZE THE CUTTING DEVICE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIGURATION !!!! mean only that you did not select the right port
Serial port Com1, Com2, etc
Parallel : Lpt1, Lpt2 etc
USB: Usb port
or you can use USB- to serial.

| I have watched the videos, and my com is 4...This keeps popping up..Can it possibly be something else??? |
