| I recently purchased a 24" plotter from signwarehouse. It cuts mixed up patterns when I use winpc2007 pro I have. works fine with packaged software from vendor. Your company sells the same redsail cutter on ebaay with winpc 2007 pro. How do I get this to work on serial port? Is there a updated driver? |

| You need only an enable Serial Com port on your computer. The from WinPCSIGN just select Com1,2 etc from Port/ Plotter Code |

I am using com 1. I replaced a jiacheng cutter with this new one and cant get back to work with it.Do you have a updated driver file we can download?
Your offer for the SM 24" - Sign Making Cutter Package #3 comes with the same plotter I am trying to get working with my winpc pro 2007 version. |
