You need to reduce the value of knife offset. But it depends on the cutter you have.
I recommend you to test this function entering 50 on knife offset. The letter should be very bad , but if you see any result maybe you did not select the right cutter driver from the list |

A setting of 50 makes BIG overcuts. However, at 50, and even when reducing the the setting down to making the letters close properly, there ends up being a "hump" in the cut before it reaches a point and starts cutting in a new direction. By the time I reduce the setting far enough to make the "hump" go away, it has reached a point where the letters again will not close.
I have it working properly on the my old software "Flexi". Unfortunately, 2-5 per day, it will lock my computer up and shut down my production.
I will bring my camera to work tomorrow and make an example picture of what happens with different settings. |

I forgot the camera!
The cutter is a Pro Cut CR630. Running through USB. It cuts beautifully, except for the very small letters and paths. |
