Hello,
I recently purchaced one of your vinyl cutters along with the pro2009 software. Lately(the past couple days) whenever I try to open pro2009, I get a message telling me that there is a new version to download. I downloaded the update, but the message keeps coming up whenever I open the program. It's starting to get pretty annoying, but the program runs just fine except for one issue that I have been having since day one.
The problem is this.
When I finish a design and go to cut it, the cut menu works but will never let me stop cutting in the middle of a job if I need to. The top of the cutting menu box always tells me that the program is not responding. I can stop the job from cutting by pressing the reset button on the cutter, but the program is still locked up and won't respond. This is a big deal for me because the only way to get the program to work again is to exit pro2009 and if I didn't save what I was working on it is lost.
I am running pro2009 on my laptop with Vista and 2gb RAM.
Please help me out.

Ok, I got the update installed, but I still can't stop the plotter from cutting if I need to. There must be a problem in the software for using it with vista. Can you help me out? This is starting to become a major problem.

| The cutter does not allow us to kill the buffer from the software . So It is important to check your document before sending to the plotter . Only to stop your job is pressing reset button or turn off the cutter. |
