I have been trying to load winpc sign on to a new computer and it will not reconize my paralell dongle. It just comes up with the demo page when I go to cut---have sent this to signmax.us and have gotten no response. HELP!!!  |

what version do you have? if you have a beige parallel key , you will find the driver on the WinPCSIGN Cd-Rom. You need only to install the driver from the cd-rom.
It is possible that your parallel key is burned. I recommend you to install your software and key to different computer |

The version is 14 Basic and my dongle # is BSE14-5051. I am trying to load on to computer running Windows XP. My phone number is 724-974-9820----would appreciate a call.
