Hi... My new CT-630 work perfect with my desktop PC, but, when I tried with my laptop...NOTHING.
I made all software installation in both computer on equal manner, but, if I try to send my work to the plotter, Its doing nothing.
The COM1 was checked with other devices and work great, so, this is NOT the problem.
Somebody have some idea what can I do to start using my laptop..?
Thanks |

ok check the port name at the back of your laptop.
If you use a USB to serie is much harder you have to go on the system panel to see where is your divice port. Maybe the ports on your laptop is broken or it's not a 9 slot device. |
