| I am not getting any connection with the serial cable for my Plotter Redsail. I bought the cutter used and the person I purchased it from said it wasn't the original serial cable that came with it. Is the original serial cable different than a standard serial cable ?. I can't get my computer to recognize the cutter at all, have tried 4 different computers and two different serial cables plus tried Serial to USB adapter. I would like to know if there is anything else to try to get the computer to recognize the cutter. |

You need to buy a special Serial cable.
