| I'm almost through a cut and the cutter stops with the red online/offline light flashing really fast. I have reset the plotter and rebooted my PC and winpcsign pro 2010. It has happened several times now. I thought it might be because of static, I have done everything that the static post suggested. I installed the new winpcsign pro 2010 update three days ago, I am only trying to cut text. Any ideas about what is going on???? |

The carriage move to the left end or the right end, so the sensor report it, the CPU HALT the moving and flashing.
Solution:
a) Check your design in the software, please make the cutting area less than the length of the cutters.
b) After TURN ON or reset the cutters, please move the carriage to the right about 0.5 inches:
c) The CPU is disturbed by the STATIC
Solution: Keep the machine have a good ground.
