When you insert the blade-holder/pen to the cutter head or when you cut heavy material like rhinestone,sandblast etc, the blade support may be bent out position

Before to watch the video, very Important also check:
-point of the Blade not broken
-distance between blade and material (3 business card)
-Blade holder bearing
-Pressure on the cutter
