PLEASE HELP. I doesn't matter if is a font or a picture. It seems to leave about a 2mm spot that is not cut. Of course its very hard to weed. Does anyone know about the knife offset values mean? I am using Win PCsign 2010pro. I also have winpc2007 and it seems to be fine. Thats wy i think it maybe an issue with 2010.

| this is not an issue of WinPCSIGN software. The problem is about Knife offset If your cutter does not control it, I recommend activate it from the software. From control cutting panel , select Options |
