| I have full versions of 2010 and 2012 on my computer , both are registered copies . when i try to start 2012 version it asks me for a upgrade key and password, also says no security key ( its plugged directly in computer). any sugestions ? |

I tested here and works very well.
I inserted both USB dongle key (Pro 2010 and Pro 2012) on the computer and I can open both software with any password message.
Did you try to open your Pro2012 with the right key? |
