| The drivers say they are installed on my pc. When I plug in the usb I hear the noise that it makes when it recognizes something was plugged in, BUt the machine is not recognized. When I check the driver list, The wrong driver is installed and I can not change it. I tried to uninstall program and reinstall but the settings do not change, I can not do anything. Windows XP/SP3 |

I figured out how I got the wrong driver off the list. The problem is now that the correct one will not load from the disk. I go go to windows control panel and remove the driver and reinstall by letting the hardware manager find the driver on the disk, It says it is there. BUt nothing is in the drop list for me to select and use the cutter. |
