How do I use WinPCSIGN to split a large decal with an overlap? I am using 24" vinyl and don't know how to set the machine to split a huge design.

In order to cut bigger than your material. Use the function Panels by selecting 101,201 etc

When I go to cut it ask me for the panel?? need this removed so I can cut stickers complete?

That Panels will appear only when your design is bigger than the value selected on Material option
