| I have a Master cutter and am using WinPCSign Letter 12.0 software. I go in and design my job but when I go to cut I get and hourglass that won't go away. I have been using this for 2 years and this is the first time I have had this problem. I am in the middle of a job that has to be finished ASAP! HELP! |

| check that you baud rate is at 9600 on the cutter and on the software (setting) |
