I am trying to cut media that is 10 by 10 inches, on a ct-630. But the rubber pinch roller does not grip properly. When the adjustable pinch rollers are about 8 inches apart.
I can see the large roller (24") In the ct-630, bends in like a v, maybe 2 degrees from the ends to center.
Is there a way to adjust this?
It is but a couple of months old Sad
