I have a Vinyl Master Plotter When cutting graphics all is well.... But when I have to do small letters about 1 inch in size the cuts are not clean meaning when you weed it you can see on the letters themselves where the needle started abd stoped
I am wondering if the offset has anything to do with this? I changed the blade and it still is doing this Why in the Heck are the cuts not coming out clean? It is cutting at 800mms and about 25psi I have raised and lowerd the psi and still no clean cuts. Anyone have tips??? Oh yeah I am using 45 degree blades and cutting on Regular calenderd vinyl... |

1-Check the offset you use in your software
2-Use low speed for small letter
3-if you use WinPCSIGN use the orientation blade in the cutting control panel and make sur the offset is between 10 to 14
if you don't solve the problem
1-Check your blade holder and knife
2-Change your Protection blade |
