<  WinPCSIGN, error messages and solution  ~  Runtime Error No AV 12323

when i click on the cutting panel icon, i get a runtime error No AV 12323 of Programs:..ProgramFiles\SignMax\WinPCsignletter12.0E\WinPCsign.exe

This an Sytem Error!!! can be many posiblities. File not compatible, Bad Communication COM Port, Memory, etc.
You can delete the register of your software:
