This occurs when a cut job is sent to the cutter and the cutter is set for HP-GL mode.
To correct this, press PAUSE, the word FEED will appear on screen. Press the NEXT button until the word COMMAND is displayed. Use the UP/DOWN arrow buttons to change to GP-GL mode. Press ENTER to apply the changes. Press ENTER once more and it will return you back to the ready screen. Proceed with cutting.
