I bought a 24 inch Master Plotter 2 yrs ago and It came with WinPcSign Letter..
I used this program for about two years with way to many errors ..
One of them being if I was to make a simple design ..Lets say 5 letters with an outline ..It would cut stray lines across the graphic .which at times would be costly in wasted vinyl ..
Usully it was just the out line that caused an error ..and when doing a fleet of tow trucks the waste of both time and material can really flare someones tension.
So I purchased WinPcPro 14.0 figuring it is not a trial or base program..
Now all the files I made in Letter are not readable in Pro ..
It will either tell me theres an error and restart the program ..or I get a blank page
Is there a fix for either of the problems
It would surley be apprecited if there is help available
I did try another sign program to eliminate the Master cutter from the problem..But the "OTHER" program will not read WinPc files and that is understandable.
With many WinPc files saved, switching to another brand program really is not an option

In case anyone else has the same problem
Here is the cure ...
For IMPORTING 12.0 Letter files into 14.0 Pro and above
Choose winPc12 in your drop box for tpye of file you want to IMPORT
not open
Files will open and work fine
