<  WinPCSIGN Software  ~  error:not found dongle

as soon as i now click on my software icon on my desktop this error shows up,i`ve rebooted my computer,re-installed win pc pro and it still has the same error code,what is goin on?????????????

You broke your dongle or you don't have the right driver for the dongle.
