<  WinPCSIGN, error messages and solution  ~  How to cut a BMP (IMAGE)

To cut a Image file yopu need to make vectorization to convert the image to vector file .
From the winpcsign menu use Bitmap ->Vectorization->Automatic Vectorization

To have a better quality you can use the the Bitmap Interpolation before
using Vectorization.Try to rescale your biitmap to 14 inches with the interpolation function
