I bought this 2 --3 weeks ago and I can not get it to work it will not repond to the cutter (pc) I am using winpc 12 jr I have tried 3 different computers wondering they were the culpert I have used 9 pin - lpt (25) pin
I have tried just lpt cable and still nothing when I try to cut or even jut do the test draw a square and hit start from the cutting control panel I get a hour glass and then my pc freezes up and tells me program is not responding SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE 3 JOBS COMING UP AND CAN'T GET IT TO WORK PLEASE I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT I worked on it for 12 hrs today. my email is kmccawley@hotmail.com |

I never see a PCUT CT-630 WITH parallele , the PCut use only serial port
you need to use the right serial cable. |
