hey all , I am new to the vinyl cutter side of things.
I run a business and often need signage...Can I convert a plotter/printer unit to a cutter machine relatively easy?
Any ideas would be great.
I have an offer to purchase a 1989 machine GRAFITIP with a pc interface included for AU600.00. Not sure if the age of the unit will kill me being 15 years old. Not being too savvy with cutters , I dont even know the brand!?
Any help appreciated.

Marty,
You could buy a new cutter unit for $600.00 which would be faster and more reliable.
