| Hi, I purchased a new computer with VISTA which has no 9 pin serial port so I purchase an adaptor from USB to 9 pin. The cutter will start, do a triangle or something and then go to the job it is supposed to do and will stop in the middle of the vinyl, not return where it is supposed to be. From reading on here I am assuming it is a communication problem. My question: is there a certain type of adaptor you need that transfers more data faster or is it something else. The cutter works perfect with my other computer which has the 9 pin in the mother board. If this question has be asked already I'm sorry but I did do my homework before posting, Thanks |

( USB serial adapter need a driver installed on your computer) |
